Because people spend so much of their lives in their homes experiencing and dealing with all sorts of emotions, the home can start to fill with their energy, and sometimes that energy can block the house from selling. Commercial properties go through the same struggles, collecting the energy of all those who have come and gone over the years. I can clear homes, land, businesses, and commercial properties. You name it, and I can clear the negative energy holding it back.

Clearings reset a property’s environment energetically so the sellers, buyers, agents, and everyone affected by the transition can move forward. A clearing will eliminate the energy built over the years and no longer serves the home/business. This gives the future owners who are brand new to them a feeling of home. It will also remove any negative energy blocking the sale and attract the perfect potential buyer.

What I Do

I will energetically whip your home or business into shape so it will sell. Here’s what you can expect during a session:

• Once we agree on a date and time for me to start, I connect remotely (I don’t need to be on-site) and use a custom 30-point worksheet to fine-tune my focus on your Property, home, business, or listings.
• Any current issues holding the Property back will be addressed. **For homeowners, please note it may require more than one session (the exact amount of sessions will be disclosed before any work or agreement is made). There are no hidden fees.
• We will schedule a phone or video chat to discuss the session details when necessary.
• I also personally work with business owners, realtors, and brokers to help them be seen and increase their buyers and/or sellers/listings.
• Confidentiality and discretion are always honored. Your information will never be shared with outside parties without your permission.
