Terms & Conditions 

I, Jennifer Miller of Jennifer Miller Consulting and MealDiva, LLC, reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

Disclaimer

Please note, Jennifer Miller Consulting & MealDiva, LLC cannot accept liability for injury or other negative consequences that arise from the use of any of the products or services it sells. 

Whether it’s yourself or somebody that is connected to you that has possibly got an illness - serious or not, consulting a doctor/medical professional is to be first in line. 

Please be sensible about using complimentary therapies and always seek the appropriate medical advice. My website contains some services that may be considered as complimentary therapies, however, please make sure that under no circumstances do you ignore your doctor's advice or use these services as a substitute for traditional medical treatment. 

On viewing this website please consider the use of crystals for healing and other forms of energy work should not be used in replacement for the traditional medical treatments that are available to us. 

Please note that when I talk about and share information relating to properties of crystals and stones - especially that of healing, I am only doing this for your information and should not be taken as advice regarding a medical condition. 

Any information that you gain, whether in spoken, written or electronic forms, purchased the website, should be received with an understanding of all the above information and guidelines. 

MealDiva, LLC will consider that any purchases you make of from this site is done based on your own freedom of choice and decision. 

The opinions given in any of the treatments, readings, distance healing, courses or attunements should not be confused with medical advice. Please consult your doctor regarding any appropriate treatment for your disease, injury or illness. These services are complementary therapies, which work with any medical treatment you are receiving and are not offered to replace any medical treatment. I only offer guidance and do not give direction, advice, diagnoses or treatment for any individual. 

If you are currently taking medication prescribed by your medical practitioner, do not stop taking these without his/her consent and medical advice. If you have any concerns regarding any existing or believed medical conditions, please speak with your doctor. 

MealDiva, LLC does not accept any responsibility if you choose to ignore any medical advice so you can treat yourself using the spiritual healings and/or distant attunements offered through this site. I accept no responsibility for any loss or damages caused as a direct or indirect result of the use or misuse of the information contained within the manuals provided or information made available through this website. 

Attunements will only be given to persons over the age of 18 

Readings offered by Jennifer Miller are for entertainment purposes only and I cannot guarantee the accuracy of a reading. 

Client Agreement 

Before purchasing a service from Jennifer Miller Consulting & MealDiva, LLC, please read:

1.  My work is spiritual and intuitive. It is NOT a substitute for medical, legal, financial or other specific professional advice. If you need this kind of assistance, please contact the appropriate professional. 

2.  If you do not make payment before you book your time slot, I reserve the right to cancel it. Once you have made a booking, you have the option to change your appointment and to cancel it. This information is given on your confirmation appointment email. 

3.  If you are late for your appointment, immediate notification is necessary. Your time of service may be shortened, if necessary, to accommodate other scheduled appointments. 

4.  Please schedule mindfully; slots are limited and fill quickly. If you must reschedule a Reading or Reiki Session, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment if possible. 

5.  All registrations are final. There are no refunds, partial refunds, credits, exchanges or payment cancellations for payments made in full. This includes missed appointments or classes. 

6.  If for any reason, I have to cancel your appointment, I will either refund your payment in full or book in a new time & date with you depending on what you would prefer. 

7.  Manuals, Spiritual Messages and Card Readings are sent by email via a download link, unless otherwise stated and are written in English. 

8.  You understand that Reiki is a simple, gentle, hands-on energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. You understand that Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interferewith the treatment of a licensed medical professional. 

9.  You understand that Reiki, Animal Reiki, Animal Communication and Spiritual Healing does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that you see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment you may have. You understand that Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care you may be receiving. You also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. You acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself. 

You will be agreeing to these terms when you make your booking. 

Payments

I use PayPal on the website and do accept checks via. mail and Venmo for all payments. I will not share your personal information. 

All items offered on my website are subject to availability. 

Privacy

Jennifer Miller Consulting & MealDiva, LLC never passes your information or e- mail address onto any third-party companies. 

Accuracy of Information 

Whilst I endeavor to ensure that all information included on the Website is correct, I cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions. If I am informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Website, I will correct these as soon as I reasonably can. Prices, descriptions, specifications and product availability may change at any time without further notification. Accuracy of colors in photographs cannot be guaranteed to be an exact representation. 

Product Description 

I aim to describe every product accurately and represent the product with a photograph(s). Please note that I try my hardest to represent the product with accurate information. 

Acceptance of Terms 

By placing an order with Jennifer Miller Consulting and MealDiva, LLC, the buyer is agreeing to be bound by the seller’s terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. 

Miscellaneous

I shall have no liability (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of telecommunications service providers or for failures of, or faults in their networks and equipment. 

Complaints

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, then please contact me at jen@mealdiva.com or by phone 908-334- 5044. I will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and I aim to resolve your complaint within one week of your initial contact. Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I want you to be happy! 

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights. 

All visual content, videos and images, are copyrighted to their respective owners. Jennifer Miller Consulting handles all visual materials with respect and does not knowingly infringe on anyone’s ownership or copyright. 

License and Website Access
