Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by laying hands on or near the body and is based on the idea that an unseen 'life force energy' flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki can reduce stress, and promote faster post-surgery healing; Assist animals in feeling comfortable in the face of ailments such as cognitive decline, arthritis, cancer, lumps, bumps, bruises and general aches and pains; Calm “aggressive and hard to handle” animals; Assist with PTSD issues in rescue, lost or stolen animals; Help fortify the pet-owner bond.

At Jennifer Miller Consulting, LLC, we offer a variety of Reiki services to meet your animal's needs. Services include Reiki sessions, distance Reiki, and more.
Rev. Dr. Jen intuitively hones in on what an animal may need or want in that given moment. She will share these ideas with her clients and in some cases, she will teach her clients how to best "communicate" and/or support their beloved pet.
Rev. Dr. Jen is quick to note that Animal Reiki is not a substitute for traditional or holistic veterinary care. and that all of her suggestions should be talked over with a veterinarian first.

What is Animal Reiki?

As with human Reiki, Animal Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-diagnostic, spiritual, energy therapy that is performed without pressure or manipulation. Since it is Universal Energy it can be done via. long-distance. Reiki energy helps balance the energy flow throughout the body, stimulating an animals natural healing process which can enable them to feel more relaxed and calmer.
